How to receive the phone

  1. Our staff will deliver the phone to you at the designated location, and provide guidance on how to register for the relevant apps and perform basic operations on them. We recommend arranging the delivery at the airport arrival hall or at your hotel upon your arrival.
  2. Currently, we support deliveries in the following cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, and Chongqing.
  3. Upon delivering the phone to you, we will charge a deposit of USD 200 for one phone. This deposit will be refunded to you via the original payment method upon the return of the phone immediately.

How to Return the Phone

Please notify us of your intention to return your phone before leaving China. You can return the phone at your hotel or at the airport in your city. You may also choose to return the phone in person or by mail.
  • Returning the phone at the hotel or the airport. Please inform us of the location and contact information for returning the phone at least one day in advance. We will arrange for personnel to meet you and collect the phone. After confirming that the phone meets the return conditions in person, we will refund the deposit back to your account. Please note: Currently, we only provide in-person phone collection services in the following cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, and Chongqing.
  • Mailing the phone back. Please inform us of the location and contact information for returning the phone at least one day in advance. We will arrange for logistics personnel to arrive at your specified address to collect the phone at the scheduled time. Once we receive the returned phone and confirm that it is undamaged, we will refund the deposit back to your account within one business day.
  • Overdue Return. If you return the rented phone beyond the agreed-upon time, we will calculate the overdue rent based on the actual number of days exceeded. The daily overdue rent will be calculated as the average daily rent of the package you selected. The overdue rent will be deducted from the deposit.
  • Not Returning. If you fail to return the phone within 7 days beyond the agreed-upon time and do not notify us of the extension, we will consider it as abandonment of the rented phone, and the deposit will not be refunded.
  • Early Return. If you have used the phone for more than seven days as per the agreement but decide to return it early, we will refund you the rental fee for the remaining period. The daily rental fee for the refund will be calculated based on the average daily rate of the package you selected. The refund of the rental fee will be processed along with the deposit. Partial refund not available if the duration of your phone usage is less than seven days. If a discount is applied, the fee will be calculated as a proportion of the pre-discount price. It will not exceed the amount actually paid.

If you encounter any hardware issues with the rented phone during your usage, please notify us promptly. We will replace the phone with a new one within 24 hours and waive the rental fee for the period when the phone was malfunctioning. You can reach us through the following methods:

Does the phone come charged?

Yes. A charging cable will be provided together with the Phone. 

Can I download and use apps?

Yes. It's an ordinary phone. You can download and use the APP by yourself. However, due to restrictions on China's network, some apps might not be downloadable. You might need a VPN or an eSIM to solve this issue. We supply ESIM card service as well. Please check our store. 

Do I need a VPN for my rental phone in China?

If you are only using Chinese apps during your trip, you do not need a VPN. If you need to use some Apps such as Google map, youtube, facebook, etc. , you will need a VPN or an eSIM to solve this issue. We provide international connection service. Please check our store for detail.  

What will this cost me?

Costs include only the rental fee, optional insurance. There are no hidden fees.

Can you deliver to an airport?

Yes, we offer airport delivery. Please specify the delivery details when placing order. 

How do I order and what are the deadlines?

You can order months in advance or up to one business day before you need the phone in China. If you want to receive your phone upon arrival at the airport, it is recommended that you place your order at least before takeoff. If you want to receive your phone at your hotel or another designated location (in cities where face-to-face delivery service is available), you can place your order the day before you need the phone.

Shipping and delivery cost:

The service we provide includes shipping, so you do not need to pay for shipping fees.

Can I extend my rental period once in China?

What happens if I lose my rental phone in China?

If you lose your phone during your travels, please report it to us immediately. We can assist in locating the phone. To protect your personal data and privacy, please set a password on your phone and use fingerprint or facial recognition. A reminder: if you lose the phone and cannot return it, your deposit will not be refunded. However, we will do our best to provide a service to recover the phone. If the phone is found later, we will proactively notify you and refund your deposit, even if you have already left China.

What if the phone I receive doesn't work?

We have a support line available 24/7 for such issues. Replacements or troubleshooting can be arranged. 

Is there an Insurance to cover the loss and damage for the phone.

Currently, we do not offer insurance services.
