Choose the plan that suits you. When placing your order, fill in the detailed address where you want your SIM card delivered in the shipping address field, and leave your contact information. We will confirm the relevant details with you and provide assistance in activating your SIM service when the time comes.
Upon your arrival in China, we will assist you at the airport or your hotel in completing the necessary procedures and delivering the SIM card to you.
You can apply for cancellation at any time before proceeding with the SIM card registration service.
Once the SIM registration service has been processed, refunds or partial refunds are not supported.

Must I register the SIM card in China?
Yes, according to the laws and regulations in China, all SIM cards in China must be registered. We offer a service to assist with the registration process to ensure your SIM card is ready for use upon arrival.
What documents needed to register the SIM card?
For a foreigner, the passport will be needed to register the SIM card. You may be required to do real name authentication by taking a photo of you when registering your SIM card.
Can I activate my SIM card myself?
Yes, we provide instructions for self-activation, but if you prefer, we can assist you to activate it.
Does my phone support China SIM card?
The China SIM card is 3-in-1 card, compatible with the most of the phones. If you find that your phone doesn't support the China SIM card, you can cancel your order anytime. But this possibility is very low. If it happens, you can use our phone rental service. Check our store for the RentAPhone service.
What if I lose my SIM card or it stops working?
This is a short-term pre-paid SIM card. If you lose it, you will need to buy another one again. If the card stops working, you can contact any retail store of the telecom operator for help.
Can I load the credit to my phone if the data or voice call minutes are used up?
Yes. You can load money to your phone number for more data or voice minutes. We offer load service as well. Please check our store for detail.
